All services are subject to availability and the specific needs of your pet, as assessed by our professional groomers.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled via our online platform, phone, or in person. We request that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may lead to restrictions on future bookings.

4. Pet Health and Safety

• Clients must disclose any health conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues of their pet prior to any service.
• For creative fur coloring, only pet-safe, non-toxic dyes are used. A patch test may be recommended for sensitive pets.
• While every precaution is taken, Coral Canines is not responsible for injuries to pets during grooming if the pet is uncooperative or has undisclosed issues.
• Pets showing signs of contagious diseases may be refused service to protect other animals.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are listed on our current rate sheet or can be obtained directly from our staff. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept various payment methods, details of which are available at our premises.

Additional charges may apply for pets with excessive matting, special handling requirements, or those requiring extended grooming time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and service descriptions, is the property of Coral Canines and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any materials on this site is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
